Employee development workshops.
We work with corporations to offer in-person experiential workshops for groups up to 20 that empower employees to create awareness around their actions and take ownership for their part in managing stress and developing a healthy work-life balance. Our workshops blend real-world experience with leading research in behavioral science, neuroscience, and communication theory mixed with organizational relationship systems and co-active coaching techniques. The content is based on The Awareness Framework, which empowers employees to create awareness around their behavior, identify the impact, and seek better results.
All workshops include:

- Follow-up feedback report with team metrics and team observations
- 6-month follow-up survey and metrics report
- Optional 30-minute follow-up coaching session for each participant
- Motivational gift for each participant
