We coach corporate leaders and teams on ways to improve organizational relationships. Coaching services are based on The Awareness Framework, which empowers leaders to create awareness around their behavior, identify the impact of the behavior, and seek better team results by using Organizational Relationship Systems Coaching (ORSC) and co-active coaching techniques.
Coaching services include 1:1 coaching, group coaching, meeting facilitation, and the creation of programs and processes that improve the flow of information as well as the development of authentic messages that support the organization’s purpose. We advise in the following areas:

Awareness Coaching Program
This individual or small-group coaching program is designed to empower leaders and employees to remove blocking behavior. The goal of the program is for participants to get clear on what balance is and what success means and to unblock the biggest 3 barriers that are standing in their way. The program includes strategies for dealing with stress, setting boundaries, and improving high-stakes communication skills. The program meets for 2 hours a week for 6 weeks, with 1-2 hours of “homework” outside of meetings. The coaching methodology is based on The Awareness Framework, which empowers employees to create awareness around their behavior, identify the impact of the behavior, and seek better results.
